JOB TARGET -----Support technically trading good project leaders, in order to reach project targets in terms of cost, quality and timing
RESPonSIBILITY OF THE JOB
I. Define technical requirements to be reached for trading good product, based on customer specification
II. Ensure product(s) is(are) in line with technical requirements
III. Give necessary technical info and support to transversal teams
IV. Ensure administrative work for the project leader (mainly SAP)
MAIN ACTIVITIES
I.
- Analyse requirements and transfer them into official technical specification
- evaluate products from potential supplier for a technical perspective ( fonctionnal analysis & documents)
- Propose technical improvements to the supplier(s) if necessary
- Analyze functional analysis
- Cooperate to product and system definition : make sure product(s) are fitting to VG system needs
- Write down technical specification, validate it with experts (int/ext) if necessary

- Define master verification plan, list all tests to be performed for complete product validation
- Make sure that supplier is understanding requirements, and performing tests within planning
- Make some tests internally in case supplier cannot fulfill testing requirements.
- Track supplier test reports / Write down test reports if performed internally
- Be the unique technical referent to selected supplier
- Validate certification requirements to be achieved together with certification department
- Detailed follow up of product certification
- Support quality departement for product FMEA
III
- Ensure technical support to documentation team and provide them with necessary datas for installer & end-users manuals.
- Ensure proper communication to ?market support“ team and ?marketing“ teams so that they can realize efficiently product launch packages for NSC
- Transfer technical knowledge to international trainers – support them during training if necessary
- Ensure technical support to ?field test“ department in
? Deliver components to be installed on time
? Join installation at field testers to learn more on bought products
? Monitor field tests, using appropriate tools
? Integrate feedback for product continuous improvement

- Performs ECR/ECO process
- Create needed reference into SAP for new products
- Distribute ECO to all team members affected and make sure that actions are performed
- Register validated technical specification into SAP
- Register PADs into SAP
Requirement:
Engineer (Bachelor, Master) with at least 3 years work experience; HVAC Product knowledge;Technical skills in HVAC product validation;good knowledge in development methods (Technical specification, FMEA, valida-tion planning, DOE,..); good English language competence.
