通断时间面积法供热计量系统主要基于了我国行业标准《供热计量技术规程》JGJ173-2009中的通断时间面积法原理、在供热系统中的可变压力变流量控制原理、智能控制技术中的模糊PID控制原理以及物联网技术中的无线组网技术原理等四种技术原理。其中前两者是能源技术领域的技术原理、第三个原理是控制技术领域的技术原理、最后一个原理是通讯系统领域的技术原理。因此，该系统的开发集合了多学科的技术，使得系统的功能更为优越。

系统结构

        通断时间面积法供热计量系统具有供热用户的热量功能、系统的调控功能，同时融合物联网现代化网络技术，实现计量和节能调控融为一体的现代化能源管理系统。

        通断时间面积法供热计量系统主要包括供热计量系统、管网节能调控制系统、上位机管理系统。

        通断时间面积法供热计量系统中主要包括无线温控器或有线温控器、通断时间调节阀、楼栋数据采集器、楼栋热量表、楼栋动态压差平衡阀以及电源适配器等产品。

●无线温控器或有线温控器是用于测量室温与设定室内温度；

●通断时间调节阀根据温控器的温度变化指令调节用户入户管道上的阀门开关，以实现温度控制功能；

●由于通断时间调节阀开度档位可调，因此可以根据用户的塑粉水力系统进行楼层之间的平衡调节；

●楼栋数据采集器以一定周期轮循访问户外通断时间调节阀、楼栋热量表，并采集计时通断时间调节阀上的工作时间和楼栋热量表上的工作能耗；

●楼栋热量表时时采集整幢楼的热量数据，并上传到数据采集器；

●楼栋动态压差平衡阀调节楼与楼之间的水力平衡；

●将各栋楼的数据采集器的累计能耗记录分时上传至中央计算机服务站；

●中央计算机服务站设有远程访问中心，不同权限用户亦可通过Web页面或手机网络等方式查询实时使用情况。
